   For many years in a row, a team of twenty cooks is taking care of your tasty mouthful. Miroslav Poljaković Miki, has joined them four years ago. Prior to this, ha was working several years under the jurisdiction of one of the famous Cyprus cooks IASONAS GIASOUMI.

  Miroslav has decided to pass his obtained knowledge along with passion for cooking and catering onto Boss, by upgrading Boss's existing caffe&restaurant concept with many, already adopted by us, meals together with fast and standardized service. Furthermore, one of great challenges for him is the introduction of meals and food that are unusual to us, with one goal, for our kitchen to get more important place in setting new culture and food nutrition standards of the of the people of Subotica.
